Start by submitting a quote request for vending machine placement, breakroom supplies, or both. For supplies, select disposables, snacks, beverages, and quantities. Add your preferred timing and any recurring schedule.
We aim to reply within two business days. We confirm the details, availability, quantities, pricing, and delivery or shipping fees in an itemized quote. For vending placement, we also review your location and service terms.
Once you approve the quote and provide the agreed payment or deposit, we arrange shipment or delivery; vending installation is scheduled under its agreed placement terms. Each supply group can have its own recurring schedule, which starts only after you agree to the terms. Submitting this form creates no charge or automatic subscription.
We serve Opelika, Auburn, and East Alabama. Delivery or shipping outside the area is confirmed individually before you commit.
Can I request snacks, drinks, or supplies separately?
Yes. Choose snacks only, beverages only, disposable supplies only, or any combination. Each selection has its own quantity and recurring schedule preferences.
Are the snacks and drinks real branded products?
Actual products come sealed in their manufacturers’ labeled packaging. Our images are illustrations. You can request familiar retail brands, and we’ll confirm the brands, flavors, sizes, and availability in your quote.
How many items are in a box?
We quote the requested assortment rather than one fixed box. Snacks start at 50 individual packs: choose 50, 100, 150, or a custom multiple of 50. Beverages require at least 12 per selected category or coffee format, in multiples of 12, and at least 36 total per delivery. Each bottle, can, or coffee pod counts as one. Disposables require at least 50 individual pieces per selected product. Retail pack sizes vary, so the quote confirms exact counts and any proposed adjustments.
When will you respond?

What does it cost to host a machine?
Costs, commission arrangements, and responsibilities are discussed for each location. We review the space and expected use before proposing placement terms. Contact us to discuss your business.
Who handles restocking and service?
RAHS Vending handles restocking and machine service as part of the placement arrangement. Access and the service plan are agreed with the host before installation.
Can we choose the snacks and drinks?
Yes. Share your preferences, including requests for health-conscious choices. Product selections depend on availability, machine compatibility, and demand at your location.
How much space do we need?
Space requirements depend on the machine selected. We review the intended indoor placement area, doorway clearance, a suitable grounded outlet, service access, and connectivity requirements during planning.
Are card and contactless payments available?
Ask about cashless payment options when requesting a machine. The available features and connectivity needs depend on the equipment selected and will be confirmed before placement.
